Declaration of revocation
On this subpage you will find our declaration of revocation, which gives you as a customer the right to revoke contracts with Dosseff GmbH within a certain period of time. Here we inform you about the exact modalities and requirements for an effective revocation. Our aim is to offer you a smooth and transparent procedure if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please read the information carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Cancellation policy
1. the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are specially manufactured according to your wishes. And for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
2 We would ask you to avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. As far as possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all parts of the packaging. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging that offers sufficient protection against transportation damage. In this way, claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging can be avoided.
3. we expressly point out that the modalities mentioned under No. 1 are NOT prerequisites for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Dosseff GmbH products are individually made to measure for you. It is therefore not possible to return these customized products.
As the buyer, you have 14 days to send a written revocation of your contract to Dosseff GmbH.
This 14-day revocation is only possible as long as your individually ordered goods have not yet gone into production.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
